Each out fit she wears sports the X Logo on it somewhere either as a belt buckle, a pin, a chocker necklace, earrings or all of the above. She also sports a pair of gloves with or with out fingers and her trade mark pink sunglasses

Fireworks: Jubilee has the ability to fire plasma from her hands. She can control the direction, intensity, brightness and time of detonation of these "fireworks" and can also reabsorb them harmlessly into her body. She can perform the following:
Blind targets of her choice in one area with Remarkable effect.
Inflict up to Amazing Plasma damage, 3 area range
Emit Remarkable Light and Heat within 3 areas.
She may project beyond 3 areas however each additional area causes -1CS intensity.
Psi Screen: Due to the energy wavelength of her plasmoid creations Jubilee has Incredible protection vs. mental probes, attacks and dominations.

Flaws - Jubilee has Dyscalculia. This is a difficulty in learning and understanding math or numbers.
Personality Flaws: Jubilee can be quite head strong and has trouble with authority figures she doesn't trust. While Jubilee has other X-men as role models, Wolverine is probably the person she looks up to and takes after the most. She also doesn't always see her powers to be all that spectacular and when she gets mad she tends to fry her electronics.

Personality - Jubilee is full of spunk, enthusiastic, and quite capable of defending herself. She is smart and is unwilling to endanger herself in combat when it is unnecessary. She possibly has also picked up some personality quirks from hanging around Wolverine. Jubilee's relationship with Logan is of a father/daughter.
History - Jubilee was born in Beverly Hills, California. Her parents were immigrants from China, who were actually pretty prosperous until some unfortunate circumstances lead them to be killed by an assassin. Jubilee was then sent to live at an orphanage, that she soon ran away from and hid at a shopping mall. It is here where her fireworks powers were awakened as she struggled to survive. She used her powers to perform trick for customers in order to earn money, but the mall security soon hired mutant hunters to take care of her, since she became a bit of a nuisance with her rebellious nature and powerful light shows. It was at this time that the X-men came to her rescue. Jubilee has since settled into the X-mansion quite nicely. She behaves pretty much like a normal kid among those who are her peers. Jubilee's relationship with Wolverine was kindled after she rescued him from a dire situation where he was strung up on a cross. She nurtured him back to health once she helped to free him. Jubilee since then has looked up to Logan as a father figure. Logan equally treats her though as she was his daughter.
