Den of Disaster Forums Terms of Use: By agreeing and then accessing and utilizing these forums, you are of the understanding and acceptance of our (DoD’s) Terms of Service (ToS), which also complies with phpBB, of which these forums are derived from.

• PhpBB is not liable for disputes concerning the use of this board. We do not utilize their hosting services. The Den of Disaster (DoD) Admins make all final decisions concerning membership to these forums, as well as what games are hosted here. You may appeal a decision to the DoD Admins and when a decision is made, it is final.
• Game Masters/Storytellers have control of their sections of the Forums particularly and can remove anyone from their areas of which they are in charge and oversee. The DoD Administration may then decide whether members may be permitted to stay on the forums and join other games or if the players shall be ejected.
• You agree to not post any abusive, slanderous, bullying, hateful, or threatening language directed at other members or their affiliates. This goes for ANYONE. You agree to not trying to flood, hack, disrupt the Forums or any other associated property of DoD. If found to be a threat to anyone, we will do with that information/proof as we see fit to protect our members and group.
• This is a Gaming and RPG group and we are of the understanding that what happens in RPGs may be dark and characters may be prejudiced, racist, sexist, ableist, anti-LGBTQIA+ etc., but we request players refrain from utilizing inappropriate vulgar language that attacks another’s race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. Particularly this should not happen OOCly (Out of character). This does not mean that members cannot use ‘crass’ language. We just don’t want to see things like the N-word and if you cannot tell the difference between ‘shit’ or ‘fuck’ vs the N-word or the other F-word, etc., we suggest you learn. We do not police cuss words otherwise.
• DoD Admins and Game Masters/Storytellers have the right to remove, edit, move, close or put on moderation queue any topic at any time, should we feel that, simply put, something does not belong here.

phpBB and Den of Disaster Privacy Understanding

• All members who use the Forums register a unique username with a valid email and a password. Passwords are encrypted, though it is strongly suggested that members utilize passwords that are strong and are not commonly used elsewhere, for your safety. Admins cannot even see your passwords, though we can reset a password to allow users to login and change them.
• Admins will NEVER ask you for your password, as we can just change a password to assist a user to login to access their account. No one else can do this function. Do not give your password to anyone.
• Cookies are created due to the use of phpBB software and they are stored in your computer’s web browser, as cookies will be. These make your browsing experience better and that is all they are used for. You may clear them as you wish.
• Den of Disaster RPG and Gaming Group does not affiliate with any vendors etc., so your data will not be traded or given out to others ever.
