It requires a newly adjusted Power rank equaled Strength FEAT plus a red Endurance FEAT to move him/her, and even this pulls up the ground around him/her. -History-
Joseph worked for the government as a Hacker and Pilot. He lost the use of his arms in a mission from a bad subordinate by the codename of Copperhead, having the same procedure that Joseph had. It dealt with mostly replacing his old arms for some new ones. They were both techno-looking. Having a blue hue to them and coming with extra abilities with them as well. During the procedure, the doctor(s) added other implants to make his life a little easier for combat, health, and balance...plus it had a hacking feature. A datajack. All of it made sense what he needed to work with. Especially, after the procedure of course. The hacker/pilot took time to get used to the new implants, learning how to make them work, and being ready when they might misfunction.

The bad subordiante named Copperhead has about the same cyberlimbs except their of a golden hue. He was the head of the mission that caused Shatterhand to lose the use of arms, but gain new ones. Copperhead gave him the mission on purpose to see what would happen for Joseph, however, he enjoyed what he did and was considered to be a villain after leaving the division he was with. Having the post-injured person (Shatterhand) to purely debate on why he left. Obviously, it was to make sure he doesn't get blamed for it.

Shatterhand became a mercenary afterwards. Employing his skills to anyone who would pay him. And even that would be a substanial amount? But he was mostly a hacker/pilot by heart. Plus, he kept thinking about Copperhead's demise over the years. Still not able to find him and have revenge about the incident.

This character has no history to explain any of why it has both technology and magic and why it has cyberware either. It needs to have a history and purpose, motivation. Also, why does the character have multiple attributes? Please separate and explain the rationality for it.

Ok, it should be fixed and took stuff off. He seemed too "tough" of course...

Even gave his history. Hopefully it's enough to go by..

I did say I would go through it and yes, it was way too tough and imbalanced for a basic pilot guy with some cyberware. Also, I'm deciding how to fit it in the game because the character doesn't fit in the world timeline well at all. I will work on it and adjust it when I have time. Please do not send messages to everyone like that again as you didn't even send it to the right game group. Just post here in this topic or wait.

Also, why is he a pilot and not a cop etc.? Is he somehow related to the original Shatterhand?

Actually, I was hoping him to be a Specialist through the Military but forgot to mention that. And, no, he's not related to the original Shatterhand. Only with his cyberlimbs does it recall to be this way, yet, he doesn't have the drone ability either. I did not know how to fit that in there or probably just didn't mind him not having it. But maybe he can have the 'Detective/Espionage' Talent anyway just in case? It wouldn't make sense however as with the original idea. And I probably don't have enough points left anyway...
